Power Cable Engineer

Cable Consulting International Ltd is a successful consultancy operating in an expanding industry sector. We are looking for an experienced power cable engineer to join our team of consultants.

The right candidate will be a self motivated, experienced and knowledgeable power cable engineer with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must be prepared to travel in the UK and overseas on short term visits.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and fault analysis of HV and EHV land and subsea cable systems. Relevant experience in the power cable industry of not less than 10 years is a minimum requirement.

The candidate must have an excellent command of the written and spoken English language and have the right of abode and to work in the UK.

Chartered membership of a professional organisation would be advantageous but is not considered essential.
